About Us

Eat, Experience, Explore.

Eat, Experience, Explore.

Food and travel are immersive and enriching parts of our lives. To one, food may serve as just calories and nutrients on a plate. Yet to another, a singular dish can represent culture, history, precise creativity, amalgamated into one bite. There’s layers to almost everything we do in life, however finding that inner appreciation for diverse cuisine and cultures around the world is especially rewarding. By simply trying new things, not only will you heighten your sense of openness and expand your global insight, but you will notice how it brings people around you together. Food and travel are a conduit for both self growth and community.

Previously known as Philly’s Good Eatz, FeefeeandJ is a blog platform from the perspective of Sophia and Jon, two college students who simply love to eat, experience, and explore. Based in Philadelphia, the blog jumpstarted after moving to the city for college. With the profusion of rich culture, history, and authenticity, Philly’s charming neighborhoods are too special to avoid indulging in. FeefeeandJ showcases our experiences at incredible restaurants and interesting travels through blog entries, photography, and personal recipes. The food recommendations will vary by location, cuisine, price, and of course, satisfaction. Our goal is to act as a service for those who are looking for some inspiration to embrace their adventurous self, while broadening your gastronomic cognizance just as we are!

Sophia Reis

I am a senior communications & entrepreneurship major at Temple University from Westchester, New York. I have a passion for writing, especially about my interests in food, fashion, and the arts. Since coming to Temple, my lens of the world has evolved in profound ways. I have learned a great deal from my studies, but also through my exploration of the city. My main takeaway from the first three years of college is established value systems; having good food and some kind of discovery present in my everyday is very important to me. In Spring of 2024 I studied abroad in Rome which was an experience of a lifetime. I am delighted to share my pictures, thoughts, and insight, hoping that in return, I may inspire or positively change someone’s perspective in life.

Jon Joung

I was raised in Horsham, PA and have always had frequent visits to the city. Being from a Korean family, I have a natural taste for delicious and unique cultural foods and a growing passion in cooking. As a junior at Temple University, I am so fortunate to have the ability to further explore the different cultures and foods offered throughout Philly. After experiencing many nuanced restaurants and hidden gems, I’d love to share these locations and foods with everyone.
